Please look over you order as soon as you get it in your hands. Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt for any corrections of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items in your order so that we can get it corrected quickly.

Returns for Full Refund 

1. Item were purchased at Full price.
2. Items are returned within 15 business days of receipt of merchandise.
3. Must be returned in original, unused condition with tags Attached.
4. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn will not receive Refund or Credit.
5. Shipping fees will NOT be credited

Returns for Store Credit

1. Items purchased at a discount or promotional price.
2. Items returned within 20 days of receipt of merchandise
3. Must be returned in original, unused condition with tags Attached.
4. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn will not receive Refund or Credit.
5. Shipping fees will NOT be credited

NON Returnable

1. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn it is NOT RETURNABLE .. and will not receive Refund or Credit.
2. Items marked Sale Final or Clearance are not eligible for return or refunds.
3. Personalized items, Earrings, Intimate garments are Non returnable.
